Dustin Cutrer Named 2025 ECC Future Leader
We are thrilled to announce that our VP of Operations, Dustin Cutrer, has been recognized as a 2025 ECC Future Leader. This prestigious honor highlights Dustin’s leadership and his dedication to shaping the future of the construction industry.
Maintaining Our ABC AQC Status
GROUP is proud to once again be named an Accredited Quality Contractor by ABC National. This status is a testament to our rigorous standards in safety performance, talent management, and our ongoing commitment to craft education and community relations.
2025 ABC Pelican Award Wins
It was an award-winning night for our team as we took home multiple honors at the 2025 ABC Pelican Awards. We were recognized with the Excellence in Construction Award for the Energy Transfer Bog Project and received the STEP Diamond Award for our company-wide safety achievements.
ABC Bayou Chapter Project of the Year
Our commitment to excellence was further recognized by the ABC Bayou Chapter, where the Shell Norco GO-1 Substation project won both an Excellence in Construction Award and Project of the Year. These awards reflect the incredible teamwork and execution our crews bring to every job site.
Challenge Coin Recipient: Adam Rodrigue
Congratulations to Adam Rodrigue for earning the Be the Hero Challenge Coin! Adam’s quick thinking in identifying and reporting a valve leak is a perfect example of the vigilance and accountability we value to keep our teams and projects safe.
Honoring Our Veterans
This Veterans Day, we honored the men and women who have served our country. We are especially proud to have veterans Shane Kirkpatrick, Bryon Barnes, Justin Tassin, Malcolm Louis, and Lawrence Steward on our team, making us stronger every day.

Our team turned up the heat at the United Way of St. Charles’ Battle for the Paddle! We truly enjoyed the friendly competition and the opportunity to support an event that makes such a positive impact on local families in our community.
Halloween at the Office
We made sure to bring a little festive spirit to the workplace this year for Halloween. It was a great day for the GROUP family to enjoy some treats and office camaraderie while staying focused on a safe holiday.
