Lance Arvel Nominated for Young Professional of the Year

We couldn’t be more proud to have Lance Arvel represent us as the ABC National Young Professional of the Year!
As a part of our Business Development team, Lance enjoys interacting with and gaining invaluable insight from our project managers and estimators throughout every step of the project life cycle. Lance says he was initially attracted to GROUP because of our family atmosphere. “The executive team does a fantastic job in giving every team member a sense of ownership, while fostering a great work environment, allowing everyone to work toward the common goal. Family is important, and at GROUP, you are one of the family,” said Arvel.
Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family, particularly his 10-year-old son, who teaches him something new every day! He is also a fan of playing any sport with a ball and is a “member of the greatest athletic club in the state, BRAAS!” And he, of course, is 100% invested in any LSU or Saints game! Lance is proud to live by the advice he once received from his father: “Give your all to your craft, and the right people will notice your hard work.” We certainly do notice and appreciate Lance’s hard work, and we’re so thrilled about his continued growth since joining our team a year and a half ago. Congratulations, Lance!
