Following hurricane Katrina, thousands of residents were displaced due to the destruction in New Orleans and surrounding areas. Arrighi Simoneaux was selected as a preferred contractor by Fluor to provide the construction services for the installation of temporary housing facilities and infrastructure development in this area.
